Thursday na!!! Weee... weekend is approaching and I am so excited! Weekends are so important for me, this is the time that I could cuddle with the hubby all day long ( ahahah ang landi lungs!)

And for my Thursday look, I am wearing a dress from Tomato, this one is a gift from my husband last Christmas. He surely knows what I like noh!

You know I really love Christmas time, not only are we celebrating the birth of our Lord Jesus and the time we bond with families. This is also the time of the year when there are lots of discounts everywhere!!

New do for 2012!

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!

New Year is for a new ME (at least for the hair)!!! I decided to cut my crown short. Hubby was surprised when I went home sporting the new do, and he did not like it (hmp!). The bob made me a lot younger though, that was according to some people and I believed them.

Lovin' it!

It feels so light and I am able to fix it in just minutes.

Also, I am using here the Urban Decay Vegan palette for my eyes, NYX soft matte lipstick in Milan, and a MAC blush (forgot the name).

Another hobby?

Why not? I just have to stay away eating what I bake (haha!) I am so happy that I can actually bake. Mind you, I am into collecting recipes, cook book and the likes but never tried to bake or cook until two weeks ago!

This chocolate crinkles is so soft and chewy.... yes, I am addicted to it right now!

I made cupcakes last two weeks ago too, and I tell you it was a hit. I am so proud of myself! The hubby ate almost of the cupcakes, what can I say.

Way to go in baking in 2012 but surely I must watch the weight of not only me but of the hubby too. :P

We are college sweethearts, we go on secret dates back then. We love food, walking and we do everything under the sun.

It’s our first time to dine-in at Cheesecake, etc, Glorietta 4, Makati City, and it was fun. We used the discount vouchers I bought at Metrodeal Philippines. I really love buying discount vouchers, I get to have huge discounts and I also get to try different services that they offer (wink).

I bought two vouchers priced at Php 250.00 each with a value of a Php 500.00 total of Php 1,000.00, isn't it a steal (bwahahahahh)!!!! Anything I do (stalking promos) just for food!

Oh crackle!!! Yeah, China Glaze has its own line of cracking polish and I bought one (only) heheheh! It's the Broken Hearted Crackle Glaze. I love the dark pink that compliments all colors weeeeee!!!! It was raved and I have to get atleast one hehehe (no more budget). And I am so very happy. See!

I also bought the image plate where there's the legendary icons Monroe, Jackson, Marley etc....

I love it... looks so vintage! wowowweeeee!

Blue polish base is from Etude and then topped with the ChG polish.

Even I can't get to have the whole crackle line, I am still happy because of the color I chose to buy hehehe!!!

Papi's Birthday at Kamayan

June 22 was the 78th birthday of my father! We celebrated it by dining at Kamayan restaurant in Padre Faura St, Manila. We enjoyed all the dishes (Filipino dish) and I am so happy that my father enjoyed the night too!!!

Del Sol Color-Changing Nail Polish

I was excited when I heard from one of the members of FabUrNails (on facebook), Annie, that she sells Del Sol polishes. I already made reservations for a set of the then raved polish because I kinda imagined it to be so magical (changing colors when you wear it outdoors). But when I got back from my trip and made it delivered to m. I was frustrated because only one polish changed its color on me! (sigh)

Heartbreak, I love its redness and shimmer but it did not change into violet
when I put it under the scorching sun.

Island Fever, my least favorite of all, I thought it would change into that
dark color you see on the cap of the polish but it did not.

Ruby Slipper, my fave and you can see why. I love to play with it under
the sun hahaha! I should have put on some sunblock.

Wet and Wild: Silk Finish Nouveau Pink Lipstick

I've been lemming to have this lipstick for quite a while, after seeing it from another blogger. And I must say, I love this hot pink lipstick from Wet and Wild called Nouveau Pink Lipstick (511B), I got it for only P 119.00 (almost 3 dollars). I feel like Barbie wearing this lippie, with its silky finish that brightened my face. Yes it is silky when applied but what I love is when it gets matte on my lips!!!

Purple Day!

Tuesday is purple day here at work! We practice color themed uniform and we got to dress the way we want and with style (love it!). And I want to share my happiness too, because I found the shoes I was eyeing a long time in the internet, and much cheaper too and it's heaven, you know. I bought it from So Fab! and my, I was drooling with joy when I saw it. I bought it instantly after fitting it. I hope it matches my purple dress hehehe!

Hi everyone! I want to share with you lovely ladies what I have read this morning from the net. I may say that it did scared me a lot, because I work in an office where I sit all day long, facing the computer and never do either stretching or simply walk around my table (sigh). I really am living an unhealthy life (guilty me), not regularly eating fruits and vegetables and being lazy to do simple exercises as well. So I hope you do some pulling and stretching and remember to eat healthy unlike me (hehehe).

It's been raining so hard these past few days, so I had to wear something casual to the office. I like it when it rains (not the typhoonish type ha!) because first, I never have to worry that my make up would melt (lolz), second I don't get easily irritated because of the cool weather (diba?). I also love the atmosphere too, I get to reminisce a lot of things, so nostalgic! Enough of my blabbering, here's what I wore at the office today, so very very casual hihi!

Sweet Nails

Happy Monday everyone!!! I really am so happy to tell you that I started to do nail art again. I stopped doing so because I went to Singapore and visited my husband and be a dutiful wife (lol) and I got short nails so I was very lazy to do it.

My nails have grown back and I did a simple (sweet) nail design. I love chocolate and I must admit that when doing the design I simply missed eating M & Ms.

Rainy Thursday!

I am so happy that I have been able to blog again, there’s this feeling of joy that I am able to express my everyday activities and feelings. Thanks everyone for just being there (sheepishly smiling), even when I do not post regularly.

Today, I wore a leopard print blouse which I bought at Tutuban Center, F21 jeans and a pair of zebra print flats from Parisian.

I feel energized today! It rained last night and I really slept well, hmmm… I still feel the softness of my pillows right now >_< ! I also took some pictures of my accessories today using my phone cam! I love them so much!

I really like this necklace, so classic.

Today is just like the other day! I’ve got nothing else to do but wait for some youth organizations to submit requirements to get their registration certificates until five minutes to lunch break we were told that we have to eat lunch at exactly twelve noon. Some kind of private office rules, geez, but I am not in a private office (annoyed)! I could get a good laugh at the situation but also I got irritated at that moment because we ate lunch just five minutes earlier, how strict and annoying, really!

Oh well, I have to let that moment pass and move on. I am thinking, I really should enroll at David Salon’s short courses. I search for beauty school in the internet and I saw David’s Salon, L’oreal Philippines, and Ricky Reyes School of Beauty and got their contact numbers and emails addresses but only David’s salon respond to my inquiry. I want to take up hair relaxing and rebonding course. I have read in forums that it’s a good side line aside from being a make up artist. It’s just that they do not have schedules on week ends and I really have to take leave from office to attend the training. Their training fee is almost five thousand pesos, their training should be that good because I have to shell out hard earned money hahahah! I want to start saving money, or I should say I should have saved money a long time ago. I love shopping physically and thru on-line but I refrain myself from doing so. I really have to do it this time!

I also want to take up make up courses but the tuition fee is very steep. I also want to learn how to make jewelries and dress making! But I do not have money! Maybe I should sell some of my polish hahaha!

Oh well, I got the chance to exchange my Ensogo voucher yesterday. I got a 9 inch dark chocolate cake named Death by Tablea from Chocolat. I am super excited to try it because it looked so good on the web (I am literally salivating seeing those yummy cakes) and also for half the original price, what can you ask for?

Tasting it? Hmmmm….it’s an okay for me. Not that fantastic! I find the icing too sweet and bitter but I love the bread (cake) itself, it is so moist and chewy. I gave some to my officemates for them to taste it too! Some liked it and some like me find it too sweet also.

BTW, I bought another voucher from Metrodeal! I hate me, for being an impulsive buyer haha! Just when I said that I need to save money, how was that?! But it’s just a small deal from Cheesecake etc. (smiling).

I am wearing Elianto in Racing Green on my nails today! I love its shimmering color! I buy nail polish no more. I am just using my old polishes again and again, but I am not complaining because some of those, I haven’t even used. I do not find time to do my nails anymore because I got addicted to the web when I get home from work, surfing and surfing for stuff on how to earn and save money hahaha, me being so silly! I miss my colorful nails too, the compliments I get from office mates (vain)!

Bright yellow it is, the Sally Hansen's Lightening! How I love the rich color of this polish, creamy and easy to apply although you might still see some nail streaks. I got the nail art idea from Cutepolish in youtube, and I love all her tutorials, so easy and classic.

I have always been a fan of Minnie Mouse since I was a child, I do have some stuff toys, pencils and stickers during my elementary days and 'til now I buy stuff for my nieces with her as the design. I stumbled upon this tutorial in Youtube and the rest is history :P I hope I did a good job.

Here, I used China Glaze Second Hand Silk (the light polish) and the Claire's polish (the dark pink)

I just added flower stickers to my nails so that it may look girly

The JENESYS Programme is an all-expense-paid cultural trip to Japan and is funded by the Japanese Government through the Japan International Cultural Center (JICC) of the Embassy of Japan in Manila and the Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE).

I tried my two Zoya polishes, the Harlow and Veruschka. I am so amazed on how matte this two were, it made my hand so very special *wink*!

I enjoyed wearing them really, but applying them are a bit toxic, they dried so fast and application must be even, and I felt I have a wax nails hehehe!. I tried the Harlow first, but it made me a little bit disappointed because it chipped on me so soon. I am now wearing Veruschka and I wish it won't chip on me fast.

Bought this statement rings in Zamboanga City, the Barter place is heaven.

After my birthday, I traveled to Zamboanga City for work and of course touring around. We had an activity which we planted mangroves, it's fun thought it required so much energy because of the mud that will keep you slow walking around the planting area.

This is me while planting that tree! Soon it will be a big tree that would house small fishes and crabs! :) And look at my feet!!! They needed to be rescued! I had some cuts and bruise on my feet because of those sharp broken corals beneath the thick mud.

And off I go to the Organic Rituals Spa yesterday! Happiness!

I chose their Rescued Feet with Pedicure and regular Manicure. I read some reviews about this Spa, but being there is true pleasure. Just what I needed, Relaxation! The aroma of the place and the sounds they play is very relaxing, I think there was a time that I wanted to sleep but fought the urge because I want to know every single details Ate Ludy and Ate Aster is doing on me. I also met Nikki, one of the owner of the spa. She's so pretty and friendly, and I wanted to thank her for the warm welcome she gave me when I entered their spa.

They served me a glass of iced tea and something to munch on, Moringa chips (so vegan!) I love!

And also, I was able to get my pre-ordered Zoya polishes. I am so excited! At long last Zoya! The spa carried a wide array of organic polishes like Zoya and Sparitual Polishes. When I saw a lot of pretty polish, I felt that I wanted them all, but I had a limited budget :( that's why I just added one polish to my orders! :)

Metallic Blue Foil and China Glaze Atalier Tulle

At last, I really had the time to put foils on my nails. The reason, remember my post on water decals? I had it on for a week hahaha! I love it, that it just got chipped when I did the laundry, that tough huh? :P

I used the metallic blue which I also ordered from Onestop Kikayshop. This is my first time to try foiling. I think it's easy but you just got to have a lot of patience.

I hope this would also last for a week hahaha! I am so crazy on these babies that I would like to order more from that shop... btw, she promised to give me some freebies the next time I order :D !

Hello everyone! Yesterday, a package arrived coming from Onestop Kikayshop. She sells a lot of goodies, from nail water decals, foils and a lot more. I think right now she doesn't sell internationally but she's preparing to sell it worldwide soon. I am so happy with what I had ordered, but I didn't took a photo of my items teehee! Hi everyone! Here's the swatch of the China Glaze - Designer Satin from the Immaterial Gurl Set. I bought this from the Carefree Shopper and I say that Armie is a very good seller, transaction was so fast and she did gave me a freebie too :) ! I am very much excited to put polish again after a month because I got to grew my nails back.

I think that China Glaze is so awesome for bringing out mini bottles such as these babies. I can get to try all colors from the set for such low price. And here's the swatch of one of the six colors from the set, Designer Satin.

Hello everyone!

I have been too busy these past few days to post a blog because I terribly miss someone that I can't think of anything but him. :( LOLz, so much drama!!!!! Let's proceed with what I got last Monday! Woot! Woot! The China Glaze Matte Magic.

I really have been a fan of matte polishes, though I don't own one, I really like how it looked so good on other girl's nails! I love how it can turn hands into some kind of a princess' hands hehehe! I have ordered matte polishes specifically the Zoya mattes from an etailer but it was back ordered. I am still waiting for their arrival :) But impatient as I can be, I bought the China Glaze Matte Magic from a co-blogger lelila, I think this is the craze right now. Every time I go check my blog, I see some nail/polish blogger, talk about it! I have to be IN! hahaha! So that's why I purchase mine.

First try of this Magic, I really can't get it. I have to ask some people out there (bloggers) why I can't get the exact finish. They said that I should be using cream polish and not those shimmery ones. Hehehe my fault. And thanks to you Thrizsha for helping me out... you really are heaven sent! Can't wait to see you in person dear!

China Glaze's Reggae to Riches and BM Plate 20

Yesterday was the inauguration of President Elect Noynoy Aquino. Our country was in a festive mode and of course we are hoping for a better nation under his administration (cross fingers). Yellow banners, confetti, people in yellow t-shirts were everywhere and I am one of those who displayed support by wearing a yellow t-shirt (tho I didn't vote for him *wink*). I am praying for a better Philippines and hoping that he will be true to all his promises.

And this is what I wore on my nails yesterday! I used China Glaze Reggae to Riches! Hmmm... I am not liking it a bit because, I just don't like it errr... you know, when you don't like things and you just don't like it at all for no reasons! Probably its the shade and shimmer.

I had a hard time to fit the stamp on my nails... I really have to cut my nails short ;( !

I am happy that I got to have the chance to use the beads/stones which I bought last week in Tutuban! I so love it, I can't help but stare at them every time.

One thing I did not like though, It falls easily, my fault, because I did not bother to put on a glue just the top coat from Bobbie.

Here's what I used. BNC Nail Color, I think this polish is from Korea. Just got this for almost $2. Love the colors, I just got some problem applying it, so runny and I have to stroke three times just to get the right color I want!

Here is the swatch of one of the Hongkong mini collection, the OPI Suzi Says Feng Shui....

I love how it looked on my nails... soft bluey color. It's a lovely shade of blue and made me think of Hawaii....

Paired it with flower and pink dots to make it more cuter.

Sorry for the untidy nails, did not bother to clean it...

I super love love this color... hope I could buy from OPI more often... gosh its so pricey.... but I think OPI is a very good buy!

We are looking for 37 young delegates who would represent our country to the 37th Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program (SSEAYP) and it could be YOU!!!!

Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program (SSEAYP) is an annual cultural exchange program that started in 1974 as a joint statement between ASEAN member countries and Japan. Participated by young people from ASEAN member countries and Japan, the program's objective is to promote friendship and mutual understanding among delegates and the local youth in their respective countries.

Selected delegates live on board a Japanese luxury liner and visit participating countries where they get involved in various activities and increase their awareness and appreciation of each other's culture, traditions, institutions, and family life.

Hello? Hello?

LOL! I just missed blogging a lot! Something came up and I am sharing it with you guys. Last November 9, 2009, I was chosen to be one of the delegates for the RP-Korean Youth LeaderEx-change Program together with other 11 delegates from the different regions of the Philippines. I was so happy that I was one of the lucky who were able to experience the so called Korean Wave haha!

We flew in South Korea, November 10, 2009 at around 12:00 MN, so late that I was sleeping in the airplane the whole time, together with my officemate. We landed at Incheon Airport about 5 in the morning of November 11 and called Ms. Chong, JungHyun of the National Council of Youth Organization in Korea (NCYOK) to fetch us up and meet with the other delegates, btw, the other delegates took the Cebu Pacific flight at 3:00 in the afternoon that day and they were earlier to arrive at the Dreamtel (Hotel cum office of the NCYOK), Seoul, Korea. And our journey to experience Korea has begun.... (*wink*)

Third day: we head to the Young Worker's Welfare Center, then shop some cheap items from Namdaemun Market (some kinda Tutuban here in Manila), then we were able to experience hands on tutorial on Directing at the Youth Media Center.

Fourth day: My second favorite day, visiting DMZ (demilitarized zone), boundary of the South and North Korea... whew! somewhat scary hehehe! then to the Gyeongbokgung, Gwanghawmun Square (old palaces of Korea).

Fifth day? Not that tired that we did toured their National Museum, we should have visited the Han river and do some water sports but the temperature was getting into our nerves that we decided to just stroll at the COEX mall, biggest mall in Seoul. Then headed to my most favorite part of all, Everland Amusement Park...

Day Six: Everland Resort, Samsung Electronics Gallery, and then shop some more at Myeongdong, Cheongyecheon and Namsan and had our farewell Dinner at Ibis Hotel.

Har Har! Belated Happy Halloween!!! November 1 isn't just All Saints Day at all, but also the birthday of my one and only sister! We celebrated her day at the mall and treated us family, lunch! (Busog!)

And also, I got the chance to have my nails done, using my Konad stamping set.

I love all the praises my friends gave me when they saw it... proud of myself too (*wink*)!

We also attended a halloween costume party, my niece won the best in halloween costume award and the prize!!! One bucket of crispy jollibee chicken joy! Ang saya!
